These terms apply the moment you create an account or place an order on casinopressrelease.com ("we", "us", the "Service"). They're deliberately short. If anything is unclear, ask before you order — we'd rather explain than argue later. Effective date: July 5, 2026.
The Service
We distribute press releases to networks of news sites, podcast outlets, and crypto media, per the package you purchase. What each package includes is listed on the pricing page at the time of your order — that listing is part of this agreement. Editorial polishing is included; we may adjust formatting, headlines, and phrasing so outlets accept the release.
Your Account
- Give us accurate contact details — reports and order updates go to your email.
- Keep your password to yourself. Actions taken under your login are yours.
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter contracts.
Content Rules
We're casino-friendly, not anything-goes. By submitting a release you confirm:
- You own the content or hold the rights to publish it, including images.
- It's factually accurate — no fake winnings, fabricated licenses, or invented partnerships.
- It doesn't contain malware links, phishing, defamation, or content targeting minors.
- Where your operation requires a gambling license, you hold one, and your marketing complies with the laws of the markets you target. That responsibility stays with you, not us.
We can decline any release that breaks these rules. If we decline before distribution, you're refunded in full under the Refund Policy.
Payment
Packages are one-time purchases, priced in USD, payable by card or supported cryptocurrencies. Work starts after payment clears. Refunds are governed entirely by the Refund Policy — which is more generous than this sentence makes it sound.
Liability
We guarantee publication as described in the Refund Policy. We don't guarantee business outcomes — traffic, signups, deposits, or rankings depend on your story and your market. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid for the order in question. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited.
Termination & Changes
You can close your account any time by emailing [email protected]. We can suspend accounts that violate these terms, attempt fraud, or abuse our team — outstanding compliant orders are completed or refunded first. When we update these terms, the date at the top changes and continued use means acceptance; material changes are emailed to account holders.
