The Guarantee
You pay us to publish. If we don't publish, you don't pay — that's the deal on every package, from the $29 Standard Wire to the $499 Ultimate.
"Published" means your release is live on outlets in the package you bought, documented with URLs in your distribution report. Not "submitted," not "queued" — live.
When You Get a Full Refund
- We accepted your release and payment, but it did not go live within 3 business days.
- We reviewed your draft and decided we can't run it — for content, legal, or network reasons. You'll hear this before distribution starts, and the refund is automatic.
- You cancel before distribution begins. Once outlets start picking the story up, cancellation is no longer possible.
Partial Outcomes
If a campaign goes live but lands meaningfully below the outlet count promised for your package, you choose one of two fixes:
- A free re-distribution to make up the difference, or
- A pro-rata refund for the shortfall.
Your report makes the math easy — every placement is listed, so there's nothing to argue about.
What Isn't Refundable
- Campaigns that published as promised. The service was delivered; the report proves it.
- Add-ons already performed (social push, repurposing, guest posts that are live).
- Orders where you supplied false information or content you had no rights to — see the User Agreement.
How to Claim
Email [email protected] with your order reference within 30 days. A human replies within 48 hours. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days; crypto payments are returned in the same asset at the USD value of your order.
